Cap zone#89

Where bebo is sitting is able to be capped in that area, perhaps the zonesa should be adjusted. (in Cauquiny). Its tucked into a corner in an alley. Could provide an unfair advantage, especially in the context of cover. I had a picture but can’t find in, should I find it ill edit and upload.
