Tracer Trajectory 1st and 3rd person misaligned#36

Tracers aka “smoke trails of bullets” is off trajectoey from rifles and pistols as they are fired from 1st and 3rd person animations.
To reproduce it: fire in 1st and quickly change aiming direction to see the tracer and its path. I will try to post a clip of 3rd person.
Recommend removing those. The trails linger way too long. They look very bad.
