M1 Carbine: Double reload animation#212

The M1 Carbine reloads and then it reloads again for some reason. Need to remove the double reload.

Also if you reload the M1 Carbine, and it you haven’t expended all rounds (so you have at least 1 in the chamber), you shouldn’t need to rack the bolt back again. Just pull the mag out, put a new one in - and on your way.
