Egineer explosive bug#160

I can place my first semtex change on the door jam of the mannor and it detonates. My reload charge cannot be placed in the same place

Reload charge cannot be placed at alll anywhere in gamescape

The engineer should only have 1 TNT in inventory. That adjustment to inventort is WIP. So eventually should switch to the next available weapon when fixed, not a useless TNT.
