Bullet penatration#138

There does not appear to be bullet penatration, which is critical. I tested by firing through truck windows and different doors. no hit graphics existed beyond the first round impact point.

Its there, on most surfaces/textures. WIP. Thanks for submitting!! Lots to work on still!!
